Board Meetings
The Healdsburg Unified School District School Board meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Healdsburg City Hall Council Chambers at 401 Grove St., Healdsburg. Sometimes, the date and/or location of a meeting may change due to the availability of a meeting facility and the school calendar.
Due to COVID-19 the Board of Trustees will meet in person at Healdsburg City Hall, but do offer a hybrid model allowing people to join in person or virtually. The posted agenda has the Zoom Webinar information to join. It also lists the instructions on making a public comment virtually. Below is an excerpt:
Members of the public who are joining remotely may submit a request to speak virtually during the meeting or you may submit a written public comment for the Board to review, please complete and submit this online comment request form by 2:00 p.m. the day of the board meeting. All comments timely submitted via this form will be provided to and reviewed by the Trustees of the HUSD School Board before the meeting. Every effort will be made to review emails received after that time, but the District cannot guarantee such comments will be read before the meeting; although, all comments will be shared with the Trustees and retained as part of the administrative record. The written comment should be no more than 250 words. The Board President reserves the right to limit comments from the public, as well as limit the total number of minutes used on any one topic.
Members of the public attending meetings in person and wish to address the Board on any agenda or non-agenda item must submit a Public Comment Card at the beginning of the meeting.
In addition to the HUSD Board Meeting being both in-person and virtual we will have Spanish interpretation in both formats. You may join the Zoom Webinar and choose Spanish interpretation or you may come in-person and use our interpretation equipment provided.
